The Free plan has no charge and no billing cycle — there's nothing to refund on it.
Paid plans are billed per the cycle shown at checkout. GST is applied at the rate configured at the time of billing and shown on your invoice, which is available from Dashboard → Billing.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancelling stops future billing; it never deletes your website or account data.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact support with your invoice number. Where a refund is approved, it's processed back to the original payment method.
Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details — Razorpay handles that directly, and every payment is verified server-side before anything is marked paid.
