The service

OfficialService is a platform for building and hosting websites, and for running SEO, advertising, lead generation, CRM, analytics and AI-assisted growth tools for your business. Your access to specific features depends on your plan's entitlements — see Pricing on the homepage.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the support number below if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• You won't use the platform to host or send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• You won't attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or the AI approval/risk controls built into the platform.
• You're responsible for the content you publish on websites you build here.

AI features

AI recommendations and actions operate within the permissions and approval controls described on the homepage. High-risk or financial actions always require your explicit approval — the platform never executes these automatically on your behalf.

Third-party connections

Connecting Google, Meta, or a payment provider is optional and requires your own account with that provider. We only access what you explicitly authorize, and you can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.

Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. See our Refund & Billing Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
